Refund Policy
The short version.
- All sales are final. Challenge fees are not refunded, for any reason, once your payment is confirmed.
- Your challenge starts as soon as we confirm your payment, whether or not you place a trade.
- If a fault on our side breaks your challenge, we fix it or give you a new challenge. We do not pay money back.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every challenge fee paid to SolFunded. Payments are accepted only in USDC on the Solana network.
1. All sales are final
Challenge fees are not refundable. This includes when:
- you change your mind, or never place a trade;
- the challenge ends because a loss limit was reached, or because it was not passed;
- you pass and we decide not to offer you a funded account;
- we close an account because the Terms of Service were broken;
- the market moves against you, including a stop-loss that filled worse than you set, or a token that was blocked while you held it (see the Risk Disclosure);
- we change, pause or stop the service.
Your challenge is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain. By paying, you ask us to start it straight away, and you accept that you cannot cancel it afterwards.
2. Problems on our side
If a fault in our system or a data error (not normal market movement) caused you to break a rule or lose your challenge, we restore your account to where it should have been, or give you a new challenge of the same size. We do not pay money back for these problems.
3. Payment mistakes
Solana payments cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet. Check the amount and the address before you send. If your payment did not open a challenge, contact us with the transaction signature:
- You paid after the checkout expired: we open the challenge you paid for.
- You paid less than the price: we open the challenge once you pay the difference.
- You paid twice, or paid more than the price: the extra amount is used for another challenge on your account. It is not paid back.
- You sent a token other than USDC, or sent it to the wrong address: we cannot open a challenge with it and cannot recover it.
4. Contact
For payment problems, email from the email address on your account. Include the challenge size, the purchase date and the transaction signature from your wallet.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any right to a refund or remedy that you have under the consumer law where you live and that cannot be removed by contract.
