Risk Disclosure
Read this before you buy. Memecoins are among the riskiest things anyone can trade. You may not pass the challenge, and if you do not, the fee is gone. Only pay a fee you can afford to lose.
1. The challenge is simulated
Your challenge account is a simulation. It uses live prices from real Solana pools, and models fees, price impact and delays, but no real trade happens. Results in a simulation have real limits:
- Nobody is on the other side of your trades, so your orders do not move the real market the way real orders would, and other traders do not react to them.
- Our model of fees, price impact and timing is an estimate. A real trade of the same size at the same moment could fill better or worse.
- It is easier to trade with money that is not yours. Many people make decisions differently when real money is at stake.
Simulated results do not show what you would have earned in real trading, and do not predict how a funded account will perform.
2. Memecoins can lose most or all of their value very fast
- Prices can rise or fall by large amounts in seconds.
- A token's creator or large holders can sell all at once or remove liquidity (a “rug pull”), and the price can fall close to zero in one trade.
- Liquidity can disappear, leaving no way to sell at a fair price.
- Some tokens are built so that holders cannot sell them at all.
Our automatic safety checks (token age, liquidity, revoked creator powers, holder concentration and a live sell check) remove many dangerous tokens, but they cannot catch everything. A token passing our checks is not a sign that it is safe or a good trade.
3. A stop-loss is not a guarantee
Every trade on our platform has a stop-loss, but a stop-loss only sends a sell order once the price has fallen to your level. If the price jumps past it, the sell fills at whatever the market pays at that moment, which can be far below your stop. This applies to challenge accounts and to funded accounts.
The limit on how much of the account goes into one token is what bounds the loss of a single trade, not the stop-loss alone.
4. Trading costs add up
Every trade pays pool fees, price impact and a network fee. On some pools the costs of buying and then selling can come to several percent of the trade. Frequent trading in small, fast-moving tokens means costs can take a large share of any gains. The terminal shows the estimated fee before you trade.
5. Data and technology can fail
Our prices come from public blockchain data and third-party services. Data can be late, missing or wrong, our systems can go down, and your internet connection can drop. Stops and loss limits are enforced by our server, not your browser, but they cannot act on prices we have not received. We block new trades when prices are stale, and we may pause trading for everyone.
6. Funded accounts
- We review every pass. You are funded unless the review finds a breach of the rules or terms, cheating, or we cannot verify who you are.
- A funded account trades real tokens with our capital, so real-market fills, gaps and failed transactions apply in full.
- The capital is ours. You cannot withdraw it, and the account can be reduced, paused or closed under the rules or our terms.
- Any share of profits depends on a separate Funded Trader Agreement. No income is promised or implied, and a funded account may never produce a payout.
7. Paying with crypto
- Blockchain payments are final. A payment sent to the wrong address, or with the wrong amount or token, may not be recoverable.
- USDC is a stablecoin issued by a third party. It is designed to be worth one US dollar, but that is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.
8. Laws can change
Rules about crypto and trading services differ between countries and change often. A change in the law could force us to change, limit or stop the service where you live.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on payments you make to us or receive from us. Ask a tax adviser where you live.
10. Not advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade any token. If trading is causing you money worries or stress, stop, and consider talking to someone you trust or a support service where you live.
