Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

The short version. These points do not replace the full terms below.

1. Who we are and what this agreement covers

SolFunded (“we”, “us”) is operated by . These terms are an agreement between you and us. They cover your use of this website, the trading terminal, any challenge you buy, and any funded account we may offer you.

The Refund Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the trading rules shown on our home page and in the terminal are part of these terms. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept all of them.

2. Who can use the service

3. What the challenge is

A challenge is a simulated trading account. Prices come from real Solana trading pools, and our system works out what a real trade of the same size would likely have filled at, including fees, price impact and delay. But no real tokens are bought or sold for you, and nothing you do in the challenge touches real markets.

The simulated balance is a number used to measure your trading. It is not money, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and does not earn anything.

Simulated fills are an estimate. They can differ from what a real trade would have got, in either direction. Our system's record of your trades is final for the purposes of the rules, except where we correct an error (see section 6).

4. Fees and payment

5. The rules

Every challenge and funded account follows the trading rules shown on our home page and in the terminal at the time you buy, including position limits, the required stop-loss, the daily loss limit, the total loss limit, and the requirements to pass. The rules are enforced automatically. If you break a loss limit, the system closes your positions, and the account is locked or ends as the rules say.

We may change the rules for challenges bought after the change. We will not make the rules stricter for a challenge already in progress, unless we must do so for security reasons, to comply with the law, or to fix an error. If that happens we will tell you, and if it makes your challenge worse in a way you did not agree to, you may ask for a new challenge of the same size under the new rules instead.

We can limit which tokens are tradable. Tokens that fail our automatic safety checks are blocked, and a token can become blocked while you hold it.

6. Errors and outages

Prices, data feeds and our own systems can fail. If a clear error (for example a wrong price from a data source or a fault in our software) produces a result that could not have happened in the real market, we may correct or cancel the affected trades, and adjust the account to where it would have been. We will tell you when we do this.

If a fault on our side, and not the market, causes you to break a rule, we will restore or reset your challenge. We may pause trading for everyone at any time to protect the platform. Open positions keep their stop-loss during a pause.

7. Passing, review and funded accounts

When you meet the pass requirements, your account is sent to us for review. We check that you followed these terms and the rules, and we may ask you to verify your identity. If the review finds no breach of the rules or these terms, no cheating, and we can verify who you are, we set up a funded account for you. If it does, we may refuse to fund you. Passing does not guarantee any income or profit.

A funded account:

8. What is not allowed

You may not:

If we reasonably believe you have done any of these, we may cancel the affected trades, fail or close your challenge or funded account, refuse to fund you, and close your login.

9. Not advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any token. Showing a token as “tradable” means only that it passed our automatic checks at that moment; it says nothing about whether it is a good trade. We are not your broker or adviser, and we do not hold money for you.

10. Your login

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

11. Our content

The site, the terminal, and their design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to take part in the service. You may not copy, resell or build on them without our permission.

12. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the service.

13. Limits on our liability

We provide the service “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that simulated results will match real trading.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for lost profits, including profits you believe you would have made in a challenge or funded account. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you on the site or by email before it applies, and we will ask you to accept the new version before you buy another challenge. Changes do not apply to a challenge already in progress except as section 5 allows.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of . If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that place, unless consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally.
